The Jack Project at Kids Help Phone promotes youth mental health and well-being in Canada. As an extension of Kids Help Phone services, the school outreach pilot is focused on youth aged 15-20. We provide much-needed mental health information and support to these young people as they move from late high school into college, university, or independent living.
